After working tirelessly for close to 2 years at an average of 12hrs per day with YOE in Accenture at 6+ years and multiple awards, I have once again got a 0% hike in basic with just variable pay increase. F this company, time to leave.

It's crazy watching managers ranting being at the lowest of the hierarchy level, seems like there is no future as employee in accenture, only company is growing not employees

Accenture was good a few years back pushing us to learn and grow and giving decent hikes. It's been bad for the past couple of years
