With an extremely good increment cycle given this year, we had leadership connect where apparently our L-2/3/4/5 MDs believe that u should buy stock more it will give you profit and there is already back log revenue, good book to sales order in pipeline ( usual stuff repeated every year) justifying why we aren't giving out good hikes Yikes!!!
