I raised a grievance for performance appraisal and have a call setup tomorrow with my pl and step manager, help me build a solid case context: I am lvl 11 No promotion since last 3 years MAL: 30+

I did the same last year and the worst part was I didn't inform my manager since she wasn't listening properly and was just giving excuses. So go ahead, mention everything in any way you've contributed to your project, mention even minute things, I would say write it down first and then start speaking once the call begins. Mostly there wouldn't be any benefit but surely if you're a good resource then they'll add a point in the workday which you can't see but it will stay there mentioning you raised a grievance in the past and somewhere it will raise your chances in coming cycles for promotion.

Pls update whatever the outcome of this meeting.. throw your points on chat gpt and that will give your even more better pointers which you can use.. they will we don't have budget,you ask still people within this project has got hike.. how it's decided, Am I not performing well?

I have a similar situation and planning to raise a grievance on ast portal.
