Trending @Accenture; Raise exception in tool

Hello , can we raise exception in exception tool for simply spending some time with family for 1 or 2 week. In this case PL can approve it or not .whats the procedure to take a exception from wfo for 1 or 2 weeks.

For less than 7 days, PL can approve. For less than 14 days, PL and HR should approve. For more than 14 days PL, HR and Manager should appeove

I could see I tool there is some balance mentioned on top right corner what does that mean?

Yes, requests get approved but you need to mention that you need to take care of your family member, so for this no one will reject your request, and need to follow up with the approval so that your request won't get auto reject

For 1-2 weeks just speak to your DU lead, I approve it for 2 weeks no need to even raise an exception in that case. But make sure you don't abouse this.
