Trending @Accenture; Quitting without any other offer in hand
I plan to resign in the next day or two after having spent less than 5 months at Accenture, as I’m completely fed up & demotivated. I have funds to survive, but am I making the right choice or should I follow the typical Indian mindset and wait for another offer before resigning even if it’s harming my mental peace?

Raise exit , you may experience fewer calls initially after a month you can expect more frequent calls. Meanwhile Accenture might attempt to retain you by offering a different project. Consider this option and proceed with your exit plans if it doesn't work out.
Hi, just a query. If we are in notice period in Accenture, even at the end of few days of notice can we take the paper back if possible?
Yes we can revert even during last day.
So sad to hear this, what is the reason you are mainly leaving. Is it a project issue, workload,bench?.
Also what is the technology you are currently in?. I'm working here for 4 years starting as a fresher. I'm too feeling demotivated and want to move on, i don't know why the work life is completely changed in Accenture now.
I wish you a better offer for you in future

mate, you have 3 months to get another offer. I did the same and got one. if you are confident enough then go for it.
Still in probation period so just 1 month of notice period
then dont do such stunts 😂. chill bro and ignore these idiots. not every time you have to react to their actions.
Ask for roll off , if you feel if u can give and sustain for few more months without hampering your mental peace. If you feel it’s disturbing your mental feel which is not manageable then quit. Nothing is greater than health!! And remember after 6 months notice period itself will be 3 months extra now if you quit one month , make sure to plan a life without job for few days.
