Trending @Accenture; Question to people leads and talent leads
Any people lead here? Please help me understand what happens in the performance cycle? If any resource you lead ask for promotion how do you nominate that resource for a promotion?
And what is the concept of talent lead? In the December cycle my rewards results was disclosed to me by people lead but it was mentioned there that my talent lead who is a completely different person who I don’t even know has decided my outcomes?
This performance cycle in accenture is so confusing!
Haha, lead does not anything, the lower category who has some good idea is ur manager not lead, i think not all managers are invited for talent discussion, they do discuss between managers, ever manager put their resources upward then other managers and presented folks vote one by one, and they put candidate on 1,2,3 category, mostly at each level out of all candidates top 1 get promoted if not they get distinct achiever.
