Trending @Accenture; Question: Sap ABAP project query

Hi, I started to work in a project which they said was development but later came to know it was support. There are too many ASE’s in my project and they are not giving me neither work or promotion. Its already been 2years still no promotion as well as no experience in work. What can I do now?
