I'm CL11, MAL - 36, I'm very good at work , almost taken all of project offshore work as a team lead got a very good feedback but when My manager asked for my primary skill proficiency and it was P2 and I tried to swap my primary skill with one of my secondary skills where I got P3+ but the request was not approved to be swapped and now manager says this proficiency even if approved won't be considered for this Nov cycle. So I won't be considered for promotion or even a good bonus at all? Please someone help.
