Trending @Accenture; Question: Career switch from HR to SAP?

I have 9+ years of experience into TA and PMO and am looking forward to learn SAP to upgrade my career. Anyone who can suggest how can I start? Or any good online institutes providing training. And will it be possible to get a project within Accenture post completing the training?
