Trending @Accenture; Query regarding the request of laptop decommision

I have received a mail regarding the request of laptop decommission which is created by it asset team but my laptop is working fine. Is it created because my transfer has been approved. Or Due to some other reasons... Because along with me some of my friends have also raised request for transfer but they haven't received any such mails yet
