I am trying create ticket in servicenow for exit , it's asking for personal phone no, but it's not taking it from workday. Alao I added today only like my same no in public & private (2 times) in home contact and work contact. Have you faced similar issue? How you get rid of it?

I faced same update in workday your home phone number and after 1 hour it should reflect if not open and incident for your issue ...
I faced same issue while resigng on Sunday but after 1 hour it worked

Thank for replying, Yes I have added same no in workdays as private and public so it's is present two times in work contact and home contact, will it take automatically the private one or something else

I don't have my mobile number updated in workday home contact info. How long does it take to update ?

But upon asking dipa, it showed other way to raise exit request and not through service now portal..it showed through support.accnture.com then HR support then manage my departure...
