Trending @Accenture; Query regarding resignation

Hi all, I joined accenture last year october. There was a clause in the offer letter that If I leave within 1 year, I need to pay back my joining bonus. Now, I am planning to resign this month (sept). So according to 90 days NP it should be more than a year at Accenture. So will they consider the NP months or they will say that u resigned in sept hence u need to pay back the joining bonus??

Also will i receive my VP amount on nov 30th?

Hii...I am in same scenario. I joined 23rd oct 2023 and planning to resign in sept. In offer letter it's mentioned if we leave before a year and technically, our last working day will be after 23rd October, which will be more than a year. So I don't think they will ask to return the joining bonus

Got and other offer and leaving? Or directly keeping the papers down

You'll have to return the joining bonus and you'll not get any vp

You're resigning before 1 year right? So that is the reason, wait to complete 1 year and then resign
