Trending @Accenture; Query Regarding Promotion Eligibility

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding the promotion criteria in our organization. I have been with the company for 3 years in total total, and out of that, I worked on a project for more than 2 years. However, I am currently on the bench.

Would being on the bench affect my eligibility for promotion, or will my time in the project and overall tenure still make me eligible?

I would appreciate it if anyone who has insights or experience with similar situations could share their thoughts.
