If my project manager asked me to get an early release from the company while I'm on notice period, will I be paid the salary for 90 days of notice period or only till my new LWD ?

As per the rule you should ask for 90 days pay, if you don't ask also they should provide but one case is if they mention that as per your acceptance they have released you early then they no need to pay. So it's your responsibility to ask upfront.

The manager told me it's not mandatory that I leave early, I can do so if I wish to... And he also said something like it's a win win situation for both you and the company so none of us have to pay
