Hi All, If someone joins Accenture in Feb 2025, when will they get the variable pay and when can they expect hike ? ( Appraisal Cycle )

Milega VP, but with 50%. Because 1 vp cycle 6 months ka hota hain. Eg- if you would get 60k for six months dn for serving 3 months you will get 30 k. But you will receive it in may

They will make u wait for a year... If u r lateral. If u r lucky u can get in <5% in June else u have to wait for December
