Trending @Accenture; Query Regarding Exit Process
Hello Everyone, I have resigned last week on Monday , upon till now no one asked me why , like during a work meering which i initiated only due to some query with my PL , that time he just casually ask what happened like its cold and he said lets see what we can do for u , but really its casual nothing more is asked , no hr no du lead connected even the manager of this project has not connected . Just in ticket i came to know abt the exit manager , thats all . He also not connected . Like I am so confused ri8 now is this the process? Will no one connect ? Its 1 week already , and I have a request to release me 10 days before separation date whom to connect ? Do I need to mail or initiate call with them ? Can anyone please tell?
😂 bhai no one care for you. Exit formality will schedule as per your LWD. Don’t expect anything.

And when i can expect the exit call as u said it depends on LWD , and can u say what are the protocols , what is the process ?

Same. No calls or meeting from HR or Manager. If there is any query, reach out to case manager. That's it. No one cares it seems..
