I joined Accenture on Nov 2024 as a CL 10.I was hard lock ed for some project but since the requirement was not there anymore so they released me around dec end. After that i was auto hard locked d for 2 projects and eventually they released me since it was auto hard lock. Finally i landed in bench starting feb. Still I haven’t got my first project. Any idea what will happen? Will they take any action or do they give some time to new joiners?
Not a problem , you should always get hard locked mail not soft lock , if you are on bench - talk to relevant lead and intensely search for project basing on your primary skill , until then be prepared , improve secondary skills and skill ratings in my competency If possible…good luck
Okay Thanks. I am applying through portals and mails. But since i am new in this company so I don’t know too many people whom i can reach out. Also one question do they put new joiners to Capability Assessment? They said its similar to PIP.
New joiner, No need to worry till the probation period ends, you have much time to get into the project, they ask the existing employee to get the project within 2-3 weeks.
