Trending @Accenture; Query on PIP. Please help!

I have a question. I joined Accenture on Nov 24. Finally i got a project this month and started working. I heard Accenture is pretty famous at giving PIP. I am trying my best to perform in my new project but everyone else is old here. Only i am the new person so i can already see people have started judging. So my question is can they give me PIP in my 1st rating itself? Kindly help!

No , i dont know but in 6 yrs i have not seen any close to get into pip, these thing you can hear on grapevine only.
