Hi people, who have experience in switching companies,

  1. is it okay to first have the talk with next company's hr and ask him to send offer letter then only you will resign.

  2. Does companies revoke the OL after sending it to candidate.

  3. Is there an issue if you have accepted the Offer letter but do not join the company..

  1. Yes. That’s the usual process.
  2. Maybe 5 out of 100 (very rare)
  3. No issue but let the HR know the reason. (via email)
