Trending @Accenture; Putting my papers in Jan 26

Hey everyone,

I’m thinking about putting in my papers in Jan 2026. I have 2 years of experience and I’m fully prepared — I’ve cleared interviews, but there hasn’t been much response from the companies’ side. Most companies want immediate joiners, and I have a 90-day notice period at my current job.

Do you think resigning in Jan is a smart move, or should I wait? Any tips on handling the notice period while looking for new opportunities?

Would love to hear your thoughts 💬

Do some experiment like, Mention as an immediate joiner and see the demand at the moment, research it for atleast a month. And then you should know whether taking risk is fine or not
