Pls do not get into CIO projects. Its chaotic there, no work life balance and you can get into pip when they want. Seen people getting ACE recognitions in PIP this year

Depends mostly on team. In my case the internal project was hectic and don't have much exposure.VP is also not reasonable saying budget issues
