Hearing things that I might not even get promoted this nov as all cycles are moved to June. Does anyone have any idea about this?

General Promotion cycle - Sept - Dec- Mar - Jun Some specific roles and levels promotion are only done Dec & Jun. Check with your project People Advisor which roles are promoted only in Dec and Jun and what is the eligibility criteria apart from Months at level and Affordability.
