Trending @Accenture; Promotions conditions

I have a very bad client and my project too sucks, i am The top performer from my team, but we have many other teams , and many top performers and my team is kinda small too , i don't think i will be eligible for promotion as many at my level 12 are in my project

TL,DR;

Will i get a good hike at least, and is this hike also linked to compulsory p2 in primary skill (i have p3 in secondary skill) and does RTO policy matter for hike HRs, managers , Sr managers please help me with this, and anyone how got a hike even after not satisfying these shitty policies tell me. And how much is the average hike and how much can i get if i am a top performer
