Is it true that promotion hikes are going to be 13% for all levels?

I dont understand why people are continuously posting queries regarding promotions and hikes. Have some patience, results will be declared soon and you will know the exact numbers. What difference will it make today if you come to know that there are no hikes or only promotions candidates will get flat 13% hike or everyone gets 3% hike? Are you going to take some firm action based on the results?

Rightly said. If anybody wanted to switch they won't run polls rather work on their skills

That's the human mindset I guess. Do we wait a couple days to see if war broke out, instead of constantly looking at the news?

Are you sure? There is a separate post on grapevine in which 2 Talent leads have confirmed that for this time promotion hike is fixed as 13% in tool and is greyed out which means it's default and isn't editable.
