I passed techleap school 1 in July and I got an email saying that Im eligible for promotion on sept 1st. My supervisor and lead are aware of this and said congratulations when they saw that mail but till now they didn't discuss about my promotion at all. What shall I do?

Okay, so your supervisor and lead has no control over this. HR will randomly decide if they have enough slots and if they want to promote you. Your project feedback will be considered.
I myself have passed all 3 techleaps and hasn't gotten promotion till now.
