Hi everyone, I have a question regarding promotions.
Currently, I’m at CL12 and this is my first project. By the upcoming June promotion cycle, I’ll have around 15 months at CL12, but I’ve been on this client project for only 7 months.
Am I still eligible for promotion to CL11, or does the project duration also affect eligibility?

Bro i am going to complete 24 months and i am In project since 1.5 year but they did not gave me vp in last cycle and also they but me in pip somehow i cleared it so we can not expect anything from them no matter how many months we have completed
