CL:11 Got rolled off from last project after working for 2 years at lvl 11 (Total 4 years in) and recently join new project 1 month back... By when i can expect by next promotion.? Considering my work in last project was good and will continue same in this project as well. Will span of 2 yr will consider for my promotion talk??

Don’t worry I was in the same situation.6 years ago getting 5 lpa.Got out of projects after working for 2.5years. Then the next project manager had promoted me after one year of completion.You will get 27 to 30% hike.Since for your salary providing promotion with good hike is manageable.
