I joined Accenture in April 2022 level 10. I have performed well and my manager said that I am promotion candidate but at last minute they dropped due to Accenture said less promotion.She said she is keep on nominating me but HR are not ready to give I think due to budget as our project is in sunset mode and going to end on dec. At least this nov may I get promotion or no chance .also as the project is going to end I am worried about the next project and there is a talk in moderation which leads to lose of job .Due to some personal situation I am unable to switch.My mal is 53 and tal 0.
