Trending @Accenture; Promotion Rant - Flat 13% Hike

Don't get me wrong here, I know there are a lot of people who have meagre hikes or none at all but the promotion hike being given seems just a namesake. If hikes are being given in the range of 3-12% and promotion hike is just 13% then what's the use? I've worked hard for multiple years and feel a promotion atleast deserves a 20% hike.

A new level adds more scrutiny to perform at the same performance levels and add more efforts to impact DU which definitely needs a higher percentage for the efforts.
