I have been SE(L11) for 2yrs now. I am expecting to get promoted in June cycle. But i wanted to convey this to my manager that i am expecting promotion. How can i do it in a professional manner ? Appreciate your advice.

Ask for his plan for u. If he ignores u by saying do certification u are not doing prominent work do more work. Understand he has no interest and this is not ur cycle. if its other way round then you got a good manager. :) but u must convey because they always have list of their fav people which are in priority off course so u better talk and check for his plan
