Hi i got an update from my lead that I'm promoted .he have shared a screenshot as well with me . But he is not releasing my rewards on the rewards portal mentioning HR have told not to share before 27th Is there any chance my promotion may revoke

Something similar is happening with me, I am people lead to 10+ people, my people lead has told to reveal the outcomes to them, but when asked about mine he laughed it off and said wait , can't reveal now , have patience. I don't get it, if we are promoted then tell. Even if not then what's the point to not disclose. Super irritated.
