Trending @Accenture; Promotion preference for women employees and MAL?

Not sure about MAL but surly women are more preferred over male
In my team 1 guy is working hard with around 35MAL rejected over a average working female employee with 18MAL Now they both have level gap and experience at level gap and still we’re not sure management is going to promote him🥲

Stopped women promotion from this cycle. Now only based on promotion

It doesnot matter if you are a men or women , only handcountable people will get promoted. That too they should be such a critical resource in project without whom the project will collapse

Why more preference to women? Now, no one talks about equality?
