Trending @Accenture; Promotion percentage fixed for ASE's?

Whoever got promoted from ASE's to SE by techleap first track promotion, all got 37% hike, is this percentage fixed or it can be higher also if good performance?

Not all are getting 37%. Me here who got 11% during 1st year hike and by techleap promotion I received 13%.

37% only if you are haven't gotten first hike. If you already got one hike then its 22%.

basically you fixed pay will be 5.5lpa, hike percentage can differ.

Is it possible to get techleap promotion in June cycle I joined in nov 23 I cleared exam in nov 24 and one my friend who cleared at the same time with me got promoted through techleap in March so is it possible i will get it in June cycle?

Why you have not got promotion in march cycle if you cleared on nov 24? As your MAL is already over 12, ask your lead

Bro you are expecting very high 🤣🤣 it's mostly below 30%, only for the project which as best budget they only receive that percentage Not all, I received 23% techleap promotion

Will the ase who completed 1 year in July will get promotion by default, or there is Criteria that he should be on project for some months like that ,plz explain
