Trending @Accenture; Promotion or hike in June’25
Did anyone got a chance to discuss with their leads or manager about promotion or hike in this June or it will be same as its going since last couple of years now?
High time to move out of the organisation, if this is how they are going to promote.
I have already lost hopes from Accenture and my team. Just to keep us happy they will provide you points as a token of appreciation but that is not enough
Yeah that’s right. Even I not getting any concrete response from my manager. ACE and Pinnacle are just lollipop to distract from main agenda. They won’t give any hike or promotion but they keep a hell lot of expectations. Certifications, Automation and what not..
Whenever I take up the discussion about my promotion I get to hear some nor the other excuses like Accenture is into loss, it's not having funds, there will be no promotion, etc. However, somehow due to favouritism there will be one person who will be promoted and this will be kept secret. We will get to know from a third person, somebody from outside our team about this promotion. This has been happening for years
