Trending @Accenture; Promotion or hike

I joined Accenture last year on 8th AUG 2023, On January 2024, joined in a project, till now it has 14 months from the date of joining, still now working in a same project. Can I expect promotion or hike in my current project? Anyone....

Promotion usually takes 2-3 years. Hike might be possible after a year, but it depends on performance and company policies. Keep performing well and discuss with your manager.
