Don't wait for promotions , just switch . Believe me it is not worth waiting for promotions these days. Hike is negligible

Bro last year i joined Accenture , and in the month of April they assigned me a project , I'm Totally confused now like what I need to do , I have skill knowledge , but in this situation what needs to be do , I need to wait for a complete 2 year or try to search job in other company
