I joined ACN on Oct 2024, and in project since Apr,2025.
I completed School1 of Tech Leap and have very good performance feedback from ACN and client.
Will I get Promotion by End of year, Or am I eligible or not?

You must charge WBSE in your project for atleast 6 months to get promoted and also you must gain atleast 15 months of experience. Only then you are eligible for promotion.

No come to reality in big organisation it’s very difficult to get promoted, also if you achieve this it’s a big milestone. Don’t expect unless you complete 2 yrs at Acn
