My manager was talking about promotion in the September cycle. But till now I haven't got any confirmation. Is there any chance of getting promoted in this cycle?

Idk my manager has asked for a one pager in specific format. I got 5 promotion recommendations in my feedback and reflections. If still I don’t get promotion then it’s time to say Goodbye to the org

If you haven't heard anything by now, it's unlikely. Promotions are more common in November/December. Focus on your performance and keep pushing forward.
