Trending @Accenture; Promotion in bench period

I’m currently at Career Level 12 and have completed one year at Accenture, with over six months of project experience. I’ve also taken the TechLeap assessment, but the results haven’t been released yet. If I pass, is there any chance of getting promoted while on the bench?
