Trending @Accenture; Promotion from level 9
Hi I have joined Accenture in May 2021 and since then to this day no signs of promotion or no promises made. Basically I’m in same salary from the day I joined. I’m kinda stuck financially and health problems to look outside for a job and nether the marketing is looking good. Any idea how can I get promotions with good hike pls? I’m so frustrated already as they haven’t even talked about it neither one on one discussion happens. I feel so helpless n hopeless. I have handled a team from build phase and still they don’t see my performance good enough.Any guidance pls?
May sound harsh but either you chin up and work out with your manager/change projects or just quit, has someone kept a gun on your head that you should work only in Accenture?
No one has put a gun on my head but it’s just that sometimes even when u want to quit certain financial situations won’t allow I saw promotion happening in 2022 in mass but I wasn’t promoted

All problems only one solution! Resign !! Dont beg for promotion if they are not taking it seriously rather prepare for a good opportunity. I faced the same issue. I resigned and got good opportunity. Now they are trying to retain me but when i was chasing them for promotion, they did not take it seriously and gave me excuses.
Whenever I ping them or ask them for their time they don’t show up they don’t discuss no response to pings as well it feels as if I have to beg for clarity
Same situation as like me, Today I am planning to put down resignation without offer in hand

It could be that your fixed is already high which is why are keeping you at that level. What is your yoe and fixed?

Schedule a call with you reporting manager and write down the agenda clearly. If they don’t show up. Write a mail to HR keep your reporting manager and his manager in cc. Make it clear that since the day I joined my salary is still the same. And everything you mentioned above. Highlight the work you have done. Mention all the projects you have worked on and their success.
