I have joined Accenture in May 2022 and have total 5+ YOE . Will i get promoted to SSE?? I have not received any hike in last 2 years

Chances are very less my friend,I have around same years of experience and I am promoted this dec cycle because I had put papers and I was critical at that time,funny prank that the leadership played with me is that they gave me promotion but hike is only 12%
