I joined an Ase at Accenture in OCT 17 2023 and I roll on my first project on March 2024 when can I expect my hikes and promotion and how much LPA can I expect after promotion??????

You could get fast-track promotion through techleap and if you didn't clear it then you would get promoted by default after 2 years expect hike between 25 to 30%
