I joined accenture in may 2023 at CL9 Can I expect a promotion this cycle?

When I checked with me PL she says it all depends on how the rest of the members performed, how much I have contributed beyond my project, if I have a higher level on mycompetency etc...

What is the criteria or points to check off for a progression to CL8?

When promoted what is the expected salary hike?
