I joined Accenture as a Level 9 on 2022. How long will it take to move from level 9 to level 8 ?
I'm playing the team lead role without getting promotion from level 10 since more than 7 months. Also I'm at level 10 more than 2.7yrs. Though verbally have been told that will get promoted. Lot of background politics to be honest. Bitter truth. :(

I have been at level 10 for 2 years. The story is the same for me. I manage all the team all by myself. My supervisor and lead says the same thing every time: " We have seen ur work. U are not going unnoticed! We are trying our best for you"- the best never gets reflected in any form of hike or promotion.
Until Rahul Gandhi becomes the PM of India.
Just kidding, switch the company and enjoy, Accenture will not be giving anything atleast this year.

It is mostly 3 to 4 years, and also based on availability in level 8 .
Bhai project par depend karta hai. Samay lagega.
