I have been part of Accenture for 3years now. And I at L11 i.e Analyst. Shall I expect to get promoted to L10 i.e. Senior Analyst in June cycle.

Not mandate that you will be promoted - however it depends on your performance role availability and no of slots, budget that is provided to your project..You can talk to your supervisor on your performance and your expectations
