Trending @Accenture; Promotion cycle confusion

I'm at Level 12, joined in Dec'23, cleared TechLeap in Dec'24, and have 6 months in the project but no promotion yet. When will I be promoted? I joined at 6.5lpa. and if I get promoted now and hike. will I again get hike after completion of 2 years( just like for others) How much will I get any idea?

You can promotion with hike or even sometimes it is without hike , you need to test your luck
