Can anyone tell me from where i can download my promotion certificate which i can share in linkedin?

I promoted from C12 to C11 but when I'm downloading the certificate from performance site then in the certificate CTC also mentioned. I saw multiple times in LinkedIn where people uploaded their promotion certificate without any CTC info in cert.
