Trending @Accenture; Promotion can I ask?

I have multiple client appreciations, but still I am an ase can I ask my manager to get me promoted I don't have microsoft certifications (i work in ms account) but I have proved my metal and now I think I should get promoted mal-1.9 years I didn't do the tech leap and certifications because I was occupied with work which I delivered before time and my manager also acknowledge it, help how should I go down that road for promotion? (I have metal, I don't lick) 🤧
