I have been at level 7 for 38 months in Accenture. I got good feedback for all 38 months till now. What are thr chances of promotion this year? And what could be salary hike?

Yes, chances are high..but it also depends on whether you’re already performing tasks that L7 performs for example, acting as project lead, supporting practice from capability or BD perspective..
also, ACN Leadership is giving only 5-7% promotions since last 3 years..I am not sure about this year..
But there is nothing wrong in staying positive..All the best!!
