Guys please stop posting about promotions and hikes 😭 We all know promotions will take place in May and hike will be very less this month. Then why’re we continuously talking about it. You guys are increasing my ANXIETY level 🫣😣
Yeah, they are gonna give what they are gonna give.... we cant change that. I have not even approached my manager about it he will let me know once he wants to tell me. My client informs him of everything, I have heard only praises from him. So why bother doing anything else, if all my hard work does not give me a hike. What help will my pleading do. If I am not happy with what I got, I will start preparing to switch why bother pleading.
